food colors and preservatives found in the everyday
child’s diet is enough to trigger hyperactivity in several
children.
Eliminating synthesised
anything from our diets seems like an excellent idea
; but when it comes to our kids the effect
of what we feed them has major implications for them through their lives. The studies are promising but not definitive,
however ; I want to err on the natural angle. Removing food additions from your child’s
diet is vital, but also make sure the diet is a good
one, that your kid is getting all of the nutrients that they require and they are getting all
